Each year, the Penn Law Entertainment and Sports Law Society (“ESLS”) sponsors a symposium that brings together bright law students, experienced practitioners in public and private sectors, and distinguished speakers from across the nation. Thursday, March 23, 2023, will mark ESLS’s 10th Annual Symposium. Our goal is to explore current cutting-edge topics in entertainment and sports law in a rapidly changing environment for both. This year, the theme for the symposium will be Diverse Perspectives. Please see the graphic next to this for the full list of speakers. We invited distinguished speakers from diverse backgrounds to discuss angles and topics from their own perspectives, highlighting women and other marginalized groups.
